The Bosch Parade Foundation acts in accordance with the Governance Code for Culture and is committed to Fair Practice. This leads to the following principles:

  • The board receives no remuneration and thus works pro bono
  • Bosch Parade works with hundreds of volunteers who receive no remuneration for their work
  • The Bosch Parade organisation works with cultural hourly rates, based whereever possible on the guideline job and salary structure presentation institutions for visual arts
  • Third parties necessary to hire for Bosch Parade will also be asked to charge cultural hourly rates
  • For participating artists, the guideline for artists’ fees will be used, which can be found here

By doing so, Bosch Parade aims both to use the available resources carefully and to ensure that all professionals involved are paid in accordance with current standards.
