new curator

On 16 October, we will say goodbye to Miesjel van Gerwen as artistic director during the Bosch Parade Café. An equally inspired new intendant will sway the sceptre over our art spectacle. The baton will fall into the capable and trusted hands of multidisciplinary artist David Bade. He will be the curator of the next Bosch Parade (2026). David is, among other things, with Tirzo Martha the founder of the contemporary art centre Instituto Buena Bista (IBB); he is currently causing a stir with his exhibition (Beelden)Storm in the Utrecht Dom Cathedral. 

And of course we know him from the huge, groundbreaking community project  Your contemporary demons that he created  with Tirzo Martha for Bosch Parade ’24, working together with all kinds of groups at home and abroad.

David will be assisted in 2026 by an artistic team including director Koen van Seuren, who creates performances with Het Zuidelijk Toneel and Antiklimax, among others and composer Nicoline Soeter. She composes contemporary music for acoustic and electronically amplified instruments and is artistic director of ensemble VONK. New faces, new ideas, new dynamics, a new Bosch Parade!
